A Personal Note From Coach Julie

If you're anything like most of the parents I work with, you've probably watched your athlete struggle with confidence, nerves, frustration, comparison, or fear of making mistakes.

Please know this:
Nothing is wrong with your athlete.
She simply hasn't been taught the tools yet.
The good news is that confidence, resilience, focus, and emotional control can all be learned.

I created YEP Elevated because I believe every athlete deserves access to the mental skills that help them thrive, both in competition and in life.

Whether your athlete is struggling with confidence, comparison, pressure, fear of failure, or simply learning how to trust herself, please know she is not alone. These challenges are part of being human and they can be worked through with the right tools and support.
